AC Milan

I have been trying to get a Rafael Leao kit for nearly a year now. Everytime I bid on one someone outbids me and it goes for way more than I’m comfortable paying. However, I was finally able to get one! Rafael Leao wore this shirt in a preseason friendly when AC Milan played Barcelona FC on 8/6/2024 in Baltimore, Maryland. Leao played the first half and captained the team, while also tallying an assist with a wonderful through ball to Christian Pulisic in the 15th minute.

I was able to get this for a decent price since it’s from a friendly and wont have the Serie A patches on it. I really like the Serie A patches of course, but it wasn’t worth the extra 50% increase in price for that. The jersey has a couple of nice grass stains left over from the match gracing the backside of the jersey.

Leao is one of my favorite players to watch play, the speed at which he plays is incredible. It reminds me a lot of my all time favorite MLS player, Denis Bouanga. Leao is a pure magician on the ball, speed, trickery, passing, finishing, strength, power, it’s a true joy to watch.
